Warranty Statement
1. Warranty
This warranty is only applicable to brand new purchases from authorized dealers and under normal use. Enjoy a one-year quality guarantee.
After all material or production defects are confirmed by the TSR repair workshop, the defective parts will be replaced with equivalent parts free of charge. If the product is an equipped/consumable part, the material fee and shipping fee will be charged.
2. For products that are not covered bywarranty, the company can choose whether to provide warranty services, and will charge maintenance fees, material fees and shipping fees.
2.1. The above warranty does not include the following:
•Normal wear and tear of parts in the absence of defects in assembly or materials.
•Consumable parts: such as dust seals, oil absorbent sponges, bushings, O-ring air seals, upper tubes (struts), lower tubes (lower forks),worn threads/bolts.
•Products that were not repaired by an authorized TSR dealer.
•Modifications made tothe original condition
•Damage caused by self-installation to a substandard frame.
•Use of the product in unusual, competitive, and/or commercial activities or for purposes other than those for which the product was designed.
•Damage to paint and labeling caused by participation in competitions, jumping, downhill and/or training for these activities, or exposure to or operation of these products in severe conditions or weather.
2.2. Except for the items listed in this warranty and all other additional warranties, TSR and its employees and agents are not responsible for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential loss or damage caused by negligence or fault) arising from any TSR products.
2.3. TSR does not provide other express or implied warranties. All implied warranties, including merchantability and applicability warranties for specific purposes, are valid for the duration of the above-mentioned express warranties.
2.4. Any claims for warranty must be made through an authorized TSR distributor or reseller. Receipts or other proof of purchase date must be provided at the time for warranty claims to be processed.
2.5. Claims in countries other than the country of purchase may be subject to fees and additional restrictions.
2.6. Warranty periods and details may vary from country to country. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights depending on your location. This warranty does not affect your legal rights.
